This paper explores if and how yoga therapy can reduce the level of depression in elderly members of the community. The results suggest that physical yoga and yoga breathing have a significant positive impact on the levels of depression in the elderly. Yoga therapy can boost mood, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
