The course teaches an extremely powerful set of breathing techniques carefully crafted to improve health and wellbeing, and to improve performance.

The cornerstone is the 3-step technique: 

1/ Quick Breathing; 

2/ Slow, Deep Breathing;

3/ Long Outbreaths.

Using live online talks, guided practices, and interactive Q&A sessions, this comprehensive 6-week (9-hour) course introduces you to the most important and fundamental breathing techniques along with the practical skills and tools you need to apply them to your everyday life for better performance.

With an emphasis on breathing to improve physical and mental performance, this series goes through each techniques in detail, outlining how they should be practiced (with clear and simple demonstrations); their scientifically-supported benefits for physical and mental performance;  step-by-step guided instruction; and the opportunity to fine-tune and improve your own practice through regular peer/teacher review and feedback.
