The course teaches an extremely powerful set of breathing techniques carefully crafted to improve health and wellbeing, and to unite body and mind to open the pathway for self-realisation, enlightenment and true happiness.
The 3-step technique:
1/ Quick Breathing;
2/ Slow, Deep Breathing;
3/ Long Outbreaths.
Using live online talks, guided practices, and interactive Q&A sessions, this comprehensive 6-week (9-hour) course introduces you to the most important and fundamental breathing techniques along with the practical skills and tools you need to apply them to your everyday life.
It explores each of the techniques in detail, outlining how they should be practiced (with clear and simple demonstrations); their scientifically-supported benefits for health and wellbeing; step-by-step guided instruction; and the opportunity to fine-tune and improve your own practice through regular peer/teacher review and feedback.

Who’s the Course For?
This course is suitable for students or working professionals, those teaching or practicing yoga and/or meditation or other related disciplines (Qigong; Breathwork; etc), those in physical fitness, healthcare or teaching professions where authentic, and tried and tested breathing practices can be added to an existing toolset for improved outcomes. Novices in breathwork will benefit greatly from this course, and more experienced practitioners will gain new skills that will take their practice to a new level.
All will gain the ability to use breathing to begin their journey of self-realisation and improved, health, wellbeing, and happiness.
