In this article the authors investigate the impact of yoga training for 12 weeks and compare the results with 12 weeks no yoga training. The results show that yoga can help reduce heart rate heart rates (HR), Systolic Blood Pressures (SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressures (DBP), Pulse Pressures (PP), and Mean Arterial Pressures (MAPs).
