Online Prāṇāyāma Classes

Patrick offers 30-minute online prāṇāyāma classes at the same times (7AM; 10.30AM; and 12.30PM) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All times are (BST).

Next block starts on Monday 31st March and is a 2-week block.
